ORDER

We request information from the customer on our order form. Here a customer must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.

BACK ORDERS
Occasionally an item you have ordered may be back ordered. In this case, we will not partial ship the order. We will hold your order until the back ordered items are received, at which time your order will be filled immediately. Rarely, an item may be back ordered for long time or out of stock indefinitely. In this case, we will only charge you for and ship to you the items we have in stock. For questions regarding the status of orders that are Back-ordered, please email us at contact@wristzone.com with your order number, name, and Date of order. We will Reply promptly.
